 KWJWD stands for “know what Jesus would do”. For over 100 years WWJD has stirred hearts to ask “what would Jesus do”?
It is a great question. In today’s society it is not enough for Christians to merely ask what would Jesus do. We should read the Word of God and “KNOW WHAT JESUS WOULD DO”.
The importance of daily Bible reading
How can we KWJWD? We as individual believers can “know what Jesus would do” by reading the Bible daily. Regular systematic Bible reading helps us to learn and understand the full nature and character of God the Father. The importance God places on His Word is made very evident throughout scripture. John 1:1 calls Jesus the Word. It stands to reason then, that in order to know Jesus we must know the Word.
2 Timothy 3:16, All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
God's Word, in your hearts will energize you and allow you to see the escape route from sin. You will begin to walk in the newness of life promised in Romans. God loves you and wants the very best for you. Daily reading of the Scriptures is a way to open the door to God. You will learn the heart of God and KWJWD. God will begin to move in and through you. The promises of God will be unlocked and open for you allowing you to bear fruit for His Glory.
